Hello there, Presuming that Private Babineau was killed on the 18th July, as opposed to died of wounds sustained earlier, he was one of five "other rank" casualties that day, the capture of Vaucelles, or "Caen south/east of the Orne" Here's the relavant page from the NNSH War Diary from this very useful site: Cheers, Sean
